Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or FedEx/UPS (for smaller items). LTL shipments are curbside delivery only. In most cases (when you order large item) the delivery company will call you to set up delivery time, you have to sign for delivery.

WARRANTY:

All bath products carry a 1 year (from the purchase date) manufacturer’s limited warranty on parts, which includes all bathroom vanities, faucets, storage/linen/medicine cabinets, mirrors, toilets, shower panels, shower doors and bathroom accessories. Any unauthorized or improper modifications to any product may void the warranty. A licensed plumber or contractor is required to perform any installation of our items for the warranty to be valid.

SHIPPING DAMAGE :

PLEASE inspect your merchandise upon receipt.

Refuse the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging or if you suspect the merchandise is damaged and contact us immediately.

Damage can occur to products during shipment, even though the outside packaging looks undamaged,it is also very important to open all received boxes and inspect the products for any concealed damage.

If package is in good condition (or the delivery driver cannot give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment), mark 'Additional Inspection Required' on your delivery receipt before signing.

It is your responsibility to report damage , shortage or discrepancies, send email to: info@all-bathroom-vanities.com within 48 hours of receipt; In order to file a claim please send us email with pictures and damage description. We will replace the merchandise at no cost to you. The delivery company will NOT accept a damage claim after 3 days. Failure to comply with these rules will disqualify customers from free replacement of parts. The replacement sent via regular Ground only, sorry no expedite shipping available for replacements.

If you sign for an item and it is damaged we will not be able issue you a refund. We only accept returns for items that are not broken.

RETURN POLICY:

Request for returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of delivery in writing (simple send us email). All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
Return after 30 days will not be accepted and zero credit will be given, no exceptions.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and customer must pay all return shipping charges. You will be given a return address when you receive the return authorization. Returned items must be re-sellable, in the original box, Not been installed, modified or been damaged during installation.

If an item is refused when delivered by a commercial shipping company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a return and 25% restock charge will be applied. Also, an additional charge of 10% and any additional freight carrier charges shall be charged.

In all cases installation constitutes acceptance. Under no circumstances we will be responsible for any material after it has been installed.

The return packages must be secured packed and fully insured by the customer, we are not responsible for lost freight or damages caused by the shipper. All claims must be made through the shipping party.

Color or texture variations not considered defects and any return will be charged standard restock fee.

Dimensions provided for reference only. You must measure the actual item size before installation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Most (small items) orders are shipped the same day they are received, large items in 2-4 business days. Please email to info@all-bathroom-vanities.com to determine whether your order has been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.

Product Changes: We reserve the right to discontinue, alter, modify, or redesign products at any time. The images should only be considered a guide.
